Tamale Pie

We usually plan our meals for the whole week and I do the big grocery shopping trip on the weekend. On Saturday, I was browsing through cookbooks for ideas and came across a tamale pie recipe. I got all excited because it reminded me of my time in Austin. We made it last night and it was fabulous. Food is so closely tied to memories, not only from our childhood.
