Last Weekend Before Heading to Germany

This was the last weekend before Melina and I head to Germany. After weeks of temperatures in the low 70s (I was complaining, Dave loved it), we got a heatwave and it was in the mid 90s this weekend. Perfect weather to play in the pool. And also a great time to crawl around in the air conditioned house. Melina's least favorite weekend activity as our trip to the pediatrician for her MMR shot for the Germany trip.
We had some friends over for a BBQ and were able to sit outside because it was around lunch. We also picked the first blackberries on our walk, which Melina devoured for dinner. Saying that "she's a good eater" is an understatement. She eats with true enthusiasm!
