Dave's Pizza Creation
If you don't know it yet: Dave is a great cook. His specialties are sandwiches and pizzas. Dave makes his own crust - he credits his period of unemployment in Knoxville with allowing him to learn to make bread and pizza dough. The other day, he made a fabulous pizza: fresh spinach and pieces of fresh apple topped with a mix of blue and mozzarella cheeses. Very yummy!

Hey - I also learned to brew beer and became a pretty good disc golf player while unemployed!
